  14.  I repair TV's, VCR's, audio etc...  and the problem you described with your
  15. 1084 sounds like you have a bad flyback transformer, (fairly expensive) you
  16. would probably be better off to junk it and get a new one, but, if you really
  17. want it fixed, most reputable repair shops can check it out for a modest
  18. fee... (our shop charges $25.00 for estimate)

  20. Word of warning: I do not recommend going to shops that advertise 'free'
  21. estimates, it is usually not worth the price you pay....
